In the gorgeous village of San Lorenzo, La Paloma is far from Ibiza’s chaos. But you are not giving up on quality or glamour. At this restaurant, you will find a trendy vibe, filled with colors and a menu of fresh ingredients. Here, everything is breathtaking.
A family affair
This is a family business, built by people who emigrated to the Spanish island to create their future, back in 2008. They were looking for a gorgeous location that would welcome their culture and food. They found it all in San Lorenzo, in the outback of Ibiza. Here, you will feel at home.
You can dine outdoors during summer in the restaurant’s garden surrounded by Mediterranean nature and plants. Also, during the winter, you can indoors, surrounded by rustic and chic decor, or still in the garden filled with candles. Moreover, it has a cozy vibe, with authentic food and people.
Hence, this cafe is the perfect place for lunch with a cuisine that mixes flavors and ingredients from all over the world.
The menu at La Paloma
The Italian chef is Prasuna and she created a menu based on her travels and on her origins. She fuses Italian gastronomy with the flavors and spices of international ingredients, creating a mix of cuisines and beauty. Therefore, the dishes are as unique as the ingredients. And, most of them come from Italy, like the Parmesan Cheese or the capers from the island of Sicily.
The menu at this Ibizan hotspot includes two types of pasta (often homemade), risotto, two meat dishes, and one of seafood. The signature plates are the Solomillo, the steak fillet with balsamic vinegar and thyme sauce, and the Bio Plate, organic and vegan.
More unique ingredients include the mozzarella made by an Italian in Ibiza and the vegetables from the restaurant’s garden. Also, the menu changes weekly, so dining at La Paloma is always a surprise.
This place is a unique destination in Ibiza, with homemade and fresh food. Moreover, it’s a cozy and warm cuisine, perfect for a relaxing break.
