Finca La Plaza, A Warm Garden Restaurant In Ibiza

Finca La Plaza offers a modern menu. At this Ibizan restaurant, Mediterranean flavors mix with contemporary techniques and believes. It features the Spanish values of respect. Respect for the ingredients, the clients, and the environment. The inspiration for this gorgeous location comes from Robert Forst and his book “Fireflies In The Garden”.

This restaurant creates fireflies with its delicious food and the amazing location and setting. The outside garden is filled with the smell of Mediterranean herbs. The warm lights of the courtyard will draw you in. Canopy trees hide the elegant tables and the cuisine features the best of local flavors and ingredients.

You can head to this restaurant for a relaxing meal as well as for a break, before or after dinner.

Every flavor is inspired by the Mediterranean and by the best of Spanish gastronomy. Like the selection of tapas, perfect for an aperitif. The most local option is the Tabla de jamón Iberico y Manchego, the tapa with Serrano ham and Manchego cheese board. The Galician style octopus is just as Ibizan.

If you are heading to Finca La Plaza for lunch or dinner, your options are almost endless. And the Chef Specialties are worth your time. They include the sautéed baby squid with roasted Iberico ham and the vegetarian grilled artichoke with local lemon and spinach. Another must in the Chef Specialties is the traditional beef tartare. And the  angus burger with hand-cut fries.

No matter what you order from the kitchen, make sure to order the Spritz La Plaza, the Classic spritz with a touch of elderflower and basil.

Finca La Plaza is a hidden gem in the chaos of Ibiza. It’s worth to stop by for a delicious bite.
