Tired of the same old place? Patchwork Ibiza offers different vibes, colors, and food in the Spanish island. It’s still as trendy and glamorous as the tourist hotspot. This place is also as delicious as Mediterranean cuisine, but it’s something different.
The alternative in town
This is a rooftop restaurant and a bar with Lebanese gastronomy. From the cozy sofas, the view is unforgettable. You can admire the Mediterranean Sea and the cliffs of the village. When the lights turn up for the evening, it looks like a Nativity scene. It’s gorgeous, like the decor and design of this hotspot.
This is the only Lebanese restaurant in town, which makes it worth it a meal. Better, dinner on the rooftop. In the best of Lebanon’s tradition, the cuisine is made to share thanks to its laidback vibe.
On the other hand, Ginger is the alternative Asian food bar on the Spanish island.
The cuisine at Patchwork Ibiza
Here, you can taste a unique blend of Far East Asian cuisine.
If you head to this hotspot for Asian gastronomy, you can try the edamame, the sashimi, or the dumplings, especially the chicken, ginger, and lime gyoza. For a crispy treat, try the vegetable spring rolls or the timeless and kid’s favorite: the chicken wings. Or about a tempura for a change of pace?
If you head to this restaurant for the Lebanese food, the list of signature dishes is almost endless. Like the delicious chicken tikka masala, the basmati rice, and the lime and honey spare ribs. The perfect fresh dessert, no matter if you choose Asian or Lebanese, is the strawberry salad with mint, pine nuts, and homemade vanilla ice cream.
Top it all with a cocktail, Japanese beer, or the alcohol-free Thai Massage. Patchwork Ibiza is the alternative destination in town, with the typical island view. If it sounds great, it’s worth trying.
Bonus note: this restaurant is only open for dinner, service starts at 7 pm.
