Chef director Diego Cardoso mans Harry’s Dolce Vita and has handcrafted a menu centered on Italian classics. Dishes like Beef Carpaccio, Pizza Bianca Pappardelle al Ragù Bolognese, and Spigola Al Cartoccio (sea bass dressed in spices and herbs and baked in paper) mark the menu.

Another surprise is their dessert options! Visitors have the option to order panna cotta, cannoli, tiramisu, gelato sundaes and shaved ice granita.
